The new neighborhood is pretty and after a cloudy, rainy week, the sun came out. We decided to go for a walk to the park nearby. Bundling up we braved the cold weather. The children had a lot of fun at the new park and have been asking to go back ever since. If the weather warms up without rain or the sun stays out we may get to go back this weekend. Elizabeth’s jacket was not quite warm enough so later that day we went shopping and bought her a warmer jacket.
Elizabeth started her new school on Tuesday. Monday there was a little mix up and the school was not quite prepared for her, but Tuesday we dropped her off and she was excited to go to school. She had a good time in school. She really likes the fact that during the week you can earn school money and buy something from the store on Fridays.
